Law 24-314 (Local Solar Expansion Amendment Act of 2022) and the technical and economic potential of solar energy generation in the District of Columbia. The study will use information and data contained in the OPC-sponsored solar studies completed in 2017 and 2020, comprehensively analyze current solar potential (energy and capacity), and solar value, and produce projections for solar deployment in the future.
