To procure the services of Datawatch Systems to security monitoring equipment and 24 hours alarm monitoring services of OPC’s office suite.
The Office of the People’s Counsel for the District of Columbia (“OPC” or “Office”) requests the services of Wilson Energy Economics in two tasks or tracks for Fiscal Year 2023. The first task or track is jointly funded with other consumer advocates (“Participating Consumer Advocates”) pertaining to the PJM markets, and regulatory proceedings before the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (“FERC”). The second task or track involves projects specifically requested by OPC, as needed.
