OPC participates as an intervenor in utility regulatory proceedings before the DC Public Service Commission and the DC Court of Appeals on behalf of DC residential and small commercial consumers.

About formal cases: Formal cases are adversarial proceedings before the DC PSC in which utilities apply for rate increases, new programs, or other regulatory approvals.
