OPC Solar Interconnection Report

Over the past several years, OPC has received a number of solar interconnection complaints from District ratepayers who have sought to link their solar systems to Pepco’s distribution system. This report captures our preliminary findings on the challenges these consumers face and provides an outline of how OPC will approach advocacy to support the benefits of renewable solar for all DC residents.
