Energy Efficiency Workshop at St. Martin's Church


On Sunday, January 22, 2016 Denise E. Blackson OPC’s Energy Efficiency Community Outreach Specialist presented to consumers at the St. Martin’s Church, Seventh and T Street NW Washington, DC during the congregation’s “2017 Small Steps for Better Health Fair.”

Ms. Blackson provided tips on energy efficiency programs, explained how OPC works on behalf of utility ratepayers to resolve utility issues and OPC’s different energy efficiency outreach programs to more than 20 consumers. Ms. Blackson also responded to questions asked including

  • How can I sit in on an Energy Efficiency Workshop?
  • How can I dispute my Pepco bill? and;
  • Why is My Pepco bill so high?
